Yes. Institutional licences are invoiced annually with 30-day payment terms. We accept EFT in AUD. SWIFT transfers also accepted for international institutions.

Yes. We're compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Trainee data is processed under our Data Processing Agreement, which we provide on request. We process data in line with APP 6 (use and disclosure), APP 8 (cross-border disclosures), and APP 11 (security). For institutional cohorts, we can also sign customised DPAs and confidentiality agreements.
